Complaint Handling Procedure

After your complaint is submitted, it will take 2 business days to clarify the data and formulate and send a request to the platform in question.

The platform will have 5 business days to provide all necessary information to us and present their version of events.

Then, when we have both versions of events, we will make a decisions on the best possible resolution of the issue.

In case any of the sides have objections, they may be filed within 10 business days.
